 A sumo wrestler indicates the concept of Kaizen in life.Look at the sumo wrestlers they are big,fat,tall,full of strength & NAKED!!!! So what could it represent....they constantly work hard to maintain their psychic full of strength ,they are also naked..not fully but somehow they are totally naked just wearing diapers that doesn't mean we should also be naked...it represent confidence, be what you are , be the person you always dreamed of being ,no matter how other see you.it represents continuous improvement & consistency in life

You must be consistence to improve yourself day by day.It you really want to improve your outer world ,you must first improve your inner soul whether its a relationship,health or financial problems. you must always be consistence with yourself to improve yourself. How can be a person lead a company if he cant even lead himself,do not let anyone to manipulate you.how could a person become productive for other if he is not productive for himself & how could a person care for others if he cant care for himself.give yourself sometime to improve yourself ,make yourself full of discipline,strength & energy than no one can dare to manipulate you.You should be able to do any thing you want to do.A sumo represents strength of character,  mental toughness and living with courage.These three abilities will lead you to a life full of mental peace, internal motivation & achievements.

Freedom of mind is the freedom of your world.

So their arises a question that how can a person improve his life in a better way.Its does not only mean to improve your any single skill day by day,yes its also very important but continuous improvement in our soul comes when we do the things by which we fear the most.So you know better in which things you are afraid of most.If you are afraid of speak in  public then go and sign 10 public speeches ,if you are afraid of showing your feelings for someone,do not be afraid, you are just awesome.If you are afraid to start a new business plan,just do it we will either you will or you learn their is no failure.you fail when you give up.
