The Magnificent Garden

 Master Your Mind:

let we assume that our brain is a garden of petunias followers which requires too much care but in regard they are very beneficial to its owner.So in order to protect our garden first we have to make fence across it so no unwanted,careless & toxic thing or person can enter our garden.....it will simply destroy our gardens.

In similar way , we have to protect our mind ,we have make abstract fence in our mind by which we will not allow any negative , toxic and unwanted thoughts to enter in our mind.They will simply destroy our extraordinary capability of mind to do amazing things.Most of people in this world live in a very restricted circle of their mind.

After making fence in our garden ,our next step is to cultivate our mind. You may listen the proverb:

As you so, so shall you reap.

This is same apply to our mind. According to a study,an ordinary usually go through 65000 thoughts on an average day and most tremendous fact is that nearly 95% thoughts are similar to the previous day . Now you can imagine the side effect of negative thoughts,they doesn't comes out of our mind really easy .If a person spends a lot of time thinking negativity then it leads him/hers to evade extraordinary power of mind so we have to guard our mind from negative,toxic & unwanted thoughts. We do not have to think about the person who retentively compliments about us while going across side by us,we do not have to think about failed relationship,financial problems or better past lives. These things are hurdle to unbox the endless reservoirs  of our mind.
